About us

Led by CEO and founder Robert Thorne, Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, having developed more than 70 properties totaling over $2 billion in transactions. Achieving great success in both the single family and multifamily markets, UNCG has expanded their portfolio with the launch of their vacation rental homes in Orlando and Brickell with the conceptualization of the hotel brands “The Flats” and “Visions”.

UNCG’s work goal is based on the collaboration between experts in different areas of real estate development so it can exceed the expectations of its buyers. UNCG recently launched Visions Orlando, a $170 million luxury vacation rental community in Davenport, Florida — less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World — Visions Orlando will feature single-family homes, townhomes, a condo hotel, and retail.
